Spectrum Microwave Series 190 Surface Mount Voltage Controlled Oscillators are .91" x .91" and are designed for low phase noise and rugged environments. These units are ideal for use in low cost synthesizers and phase locked loops.

Hyperabrupt Varactors provide linear tuning with low tuning voltage. High temperature solder is used to prevent the solder joints from remelting during the reflow process during production.

Spectrum Microwave also offers a "Z" option in this series which makes it a direct replacement for other manufacturer's units.
